Refund Policy

At Fixomes, we focus on transparent and customer-friendly policies. This Refund & Cancellation Policy complies with payment gateway requirements.

1. Cancellation Terms
Free cancellation within 1 hour of booking (if no technician has been dispatched).
• If a technician is already assigned or traveling, a visit charge may apply.
• Same-day cancellations for confirmed appointments may incur a nominal fee.

2. Refund Policy
• If you cancel within the allowed timeframe, your refund will be initiated within 48 hours.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank/payment provider.
• If the technician cannot complete the service due to technical limitations or lack of required equipment, a partial or full refund may be provided after evaluation.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
• If the issue persists due to customer misuse
• If the customer hides incorrect information
• If the customer denies entry to the technician after arriving on-site

 

4. Service Warranty
Some services include a limited warranty (e.g., pest control, waterproofing). Warranty details are provided during the service.
