1. Introduction
Fixomes provides home maintenance and repair services including but not limited to Pest Control, HVAC/AC Repair, Waterproofing, Cleaning, Electrical, Plumbing, Appliance Repair, etc. These services are available across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Kharar, Derabassi, and nearby regions.

2. Service Booking
Users can book services through the Fixomes mobile app or website. Once a booking is placed, our technicians will contact the customer for confirmation and scheduling.

3. Service Charges
Service prices are displayed in the app. For custom work or on-site assessment, final charges may vary based on the job requirement. All payments must be made through the app’s supported payment gateway or directly to the technician if allowed by Fixomes.

4. Technician Arrival & Delays
While we try to ensure timely service, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or high demand. Fixomes is not liable for such delays.

5. User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, safe access to the premises, and ensure security of personal belongings during service.

6. Cancellations & Refunds
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy governs cancellations and refunds. Please refer to it for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability
Fixomes is not responsible for:
• Damages caused by pre-existing issues at the service location
• Misuse of appliances after repair
• Delays caused by external/uncontrollable factors

8. Intellectual Property
All logos, text, images, and app content belong to Fixomes and may not be copied without permission.
